Rates effective April 25, 2006 and are subject to change. This is a residential only plan. iPlan or direct billed product only. Rates will not update automatically with the introduction of a new standard product rate plan. Customers who wish to change or update their rate plan must contact First Communications Customer Service directly. There is a $19.95 monthly usage fee associated with the USA Unlimited* plan. Unlimited minutes only apply to interstate calls anywhere in the United States or to calls to Canada and to intrastate minutes within the state of California. Intrastate minutes in all other states will be billed at standard rates. Account usage for USA Unlimited may be reviewed periodically at the discretion of First Communications. Customer use of the service that reflects calling patterns other than those that are considered usual and normal for residential customers, based on industry standards or personal past calling history, may be considered abuse and result in termination of service without refund or possibility of renewal. First Communications reserves the right to bill usage over allotted minutes. Excessive use for POP dial-up numbers for Internet access is prohibited. Overage will be billed at $.039 per minute. There is an additional $3.95 fee for the "International Saver" option. The "International Saver" optional plan will give the user an international rate per minute which is less than the standard rate plan. Calls are billed in one-minute increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. International Special Services termination rates apply for calls terminating to mobile devices, military bases, other wireless devices including pagers, personal computers, personal digital assistants, and to toll services such as International Services and Premium Rate numbers. Toll-free calls originating from U.S. offshore territories will be billed at $0.15 per minute excluding Hawaii. Toll-free calls originating from Hawaii will be billed at the same per minute rate as a customer's primary interstate rate. Toll-free calls originating from Canada will be billed at $0.09 per minute. Federal USF fees apply on all service except Intrastate tolls. Rates do not apply to Travel card calls, Directory Assistance and Operator Assisted calls. Presubscribed customers can cancel their service anytime by calling Customer Care or by contacting their local telephone company whose phone number is listed on their local telephone bill.
